Editorial Photography
Editorial photography is characterized by being highly stylized, magazine-worthy images (think Architectural Digest). They are generally naturally lit, with minimal distortion, and showcase the beauty and "vibe" of the property. Stylishly furnishing, or professionally staging, the property is a must with this type of photography, which presents the home to the buyer at its highest potential.
-$400 for 25 photos
-Photos are typically vertically-oriented and interior only. Horizontals and/or exteriors can be included if requested.

Real Estate photography
Real estate photography places more importance on the utility of a home than the beauty. It's about showcasing the overall layout, flow, and livability of the home to ensure the property meets the needs of the potential buyer. The images are generally lit as brightly as possible between natural and artificial sources, and are bracketed, HDR style photos. They typically capture all interior and exterior spaces in order to properly inform the potential buyer.
-$250 for 30-40 photos (depending on size of home)
-Aerials can be added at $150 for 5 photos.
-Amenities/Neighborhood/Parks photos can be added at $100 for 5 photos
